3 hours of massage for only £120
If you're unsure about booking a sports massage or have any concerns you'd like to discuss before you come, please get in touch!
What to wear?
The session will usually include an element of therapeutic stretching so the best clothing to wear is sports/running shorts or short leggings and a vest or t-shirt that you can remove easily if I work on your back and neck. Any areas not being worked on will be covered in towels, allowing modesty and warmth for the duration of the treatment.
Do you have changing facilities?
Yes, we have a private changing room and WC. This means you can come to us before or after work, bringing your change of clothes with you if you wish.
Where are you based?
I am based at Body Matters on Steyning High Street, opposite the White Horse pub. The easiest place to park is the public car park on the high street. There is free parking in the surrounding streets. To book to see me in Steyning please call Body Matters on 01903 813500 or contact me on 07912629428.
What if I am late for my appointment?
We understand that sometimes, lateness is unavoidable so we try to be as flexible as possible. If you are running late just let us know. If we have another client booked in directly after you then your appointment may need to be shortened but if time allows free, you'll receive your full treatment.
How can I pay?
We prefer card payment but also accept cash or bank transfer. We accept all card types including amex.

Sports massage is an inclusive therapy and not just for runners and exercise addicts! Anyone who exercises on a regular basis can benefit from a bit of massage maintenance every now and then, especially when training for an event. Sports massage helps your body recover from the strain you put on your muscles, joints, ligaments and tendons. Deep tissue massages improve blood flow to your muscles by stimulating the circulatory system. You’ll get an influx of oxygen-rich blood, which helps flush out the byproducts of hard exercise, and delivers fresh nutrients. Regular massage helps rejuvenate tired and overused muscles, reduce injury risk and enable you to train harder.

Only runners or sporty people?
No, sports massage isn't just for runners and sporty people! We look after many different types of client, some of whom aren't involved in sport at all. Some come to us for mobility and flexibility issues, some for tension release in the back, shoulders and neck and some just for a deep tissue massage that includes assisted stretching and a bit of help with movement and circulation.
Massage helps with mobility, blood flow, flexibility and tension and is often used by people affected by mobility through injury, lifestyle and age.
I love running and am out and about most days. Everything from social runs with Henfield Joggers to Parkruns, Marathons, Ultra marathons or getting lost in the South Downs. I have always used sports massage as a runner as I personally feel that it enables me to recover faster, train harder (especially close to an event) and reduce incidents of injury.
